В настоящей статье исследуется развитие понятийного аппарата в области искусственного интеллекта на уровне отдельных штатов Соединенных Штатов Америки – Коннектикут, Юта, Нью-Йорк, Калифорния и Техас. Автор приходит к выводу, что регулирование искусственного интеллекта на уровне штатов США характеризуется фрагментарностью и отсутствием универсальной понятийной модели. Одновременно выявляется тенденция к дальнейшей дифференциации понятийного аппарата посредством выделения отдельных разновидностей искусственного интеллекта.

This article examines the development of the conceptual framework in the field of artificial intelligence at the level of individual states of the United States of America – Connecticut, Utah, New York, California, and Texas. The author concludes that artificial intelligence regulation at the state level in the USA is characterized by fragmentation and the absence of a universal conceptual model. At the same time, the study identifies a trend toward further differentiation of the conceptual framework through the recognition of specific types of artificial intelligence.
