Статья посвящена рассмотрению вопросов правового регулирования существующих в отечественном праве инструментов преодоления эксклюзии инвалидов в сфере труда. Отмечается недостаточность базовых гарантий для лиц с ограниченными возможностями здоровья, что требует особого внимания к данной проблематике со стороны современного законодателя. Дана оценка позитивной дискриминации как инструменту выравнивания правового статуса, в частности, системы квотирования рабочих мест.

The article is devoted to the consideration of issues of legal regulation of the tools existing in domestic law to overcome the exclusivity of people with disabilities in the field of labor. There is a lack of basic guarantees for persons with disabilities, which requires special attention to this issue by the modern legislator. An assessment of positive discrimination as a tool for leveling the legal status, in particular, the job quota system, is given.
