Статья посвящена технологиям, составляющим блокчейн, и выделяет его наиболее значимые практические применения на сегодняшний день. Технологическая экосистема, выявленная в ходе этого исследования, затем анализируется с точки зрения права интеллектуальной собственности. Анализ также рассматривает трудности, с которыми сталкивается право интеллектуальной собственности в связи с современными технологиями, и возможные способы их обхода. Основой для данного анализа служит действующее законодательство об интеллектуальной собственности в ЕС. Предпринята попытка проанализировать разницу подходов с законодательством РФ.

The article is devoted to the technologies that constitute blockchain and highlights its most significant practical applications to date. The technological ecosystem identified during this study is then analyzed from the perspective of intellectual property law. The analysis also considers the challenges faced by intellectual property law in connection with modern technologies and possible ways to address them. The basis for this analysis is the current intellectual property legislation in the EU. An attempt is made to analyze the differences in approaches compared to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
