Целью данного исследования коррупция – это совокупность составов правонарушений, для которой характерно использование должностным лицом своего положения и статуса (своей должности) в корыстных целях, преследуя мотив: обогатиться самому или же приобрести материальную выгоду, интересующую третьих лиц. Задачи исследования состоят в раскрытии причины коррупции, по мнению научных исследователей, также различны и многообразны, как и множество различных взглядов на определение коррупции, как понятия, так и его видов. Выводы: автор обращает внимание на необходимость проведения профилактических и воспитательных мероприятий с целью предотвращения коррупционных преступлений.

The purpose of this study is corruption – a set of offenses, which is characterized by the use by an official of his position and status (his position) for selfish purposes, pursuing the motive: to enrich himself or to acquire material benefits of interest to third parties. The objectives of the study are to uncover the causes of corruption, according to scientific researchers, they are also different and diverse, as well as many different views on the definition of corruption, both the concept and its types.
