В данной статье рассматриваются особенности применения приобретательной давности как механизма легитимации прав на недвижимое имущество. Автор анализирует условия признания права собственности в порядке давностного владения, а также выделяет ключевые аспекты, связанные с доказыванием добросовестности, открытости и непрерывности владения в контексте земельных споров.

This article examines the peculiarities of the use of acquisition limitation as a mechanism for legitimizing rights to real estate. The author analyzes the conditions for recognizing ownership in the order of longstanding ownership, and also identifies key aspects related to proving the integrity, openness and continuity of ownership in the context of land disputes.
