В рамках статьи рассматриваются особенности и основные аспекты взаимодействия «Росатома» с регионами в вопросах социально-экономического развития государства, особое внимание уделено вопросам обеспечения общественного здоровья на территориях присутствия госкорпорации «Росатом». Рассмотрены некоторые региональные программы, финансируемые и поддерживаемые госкорпорацией, рассмотрены основные аспекты деятельности Общественного совета. Госкорпорация способствует развитию здравоохранения, образовательных и культурно-спортивных программ в регионах. Констатируется, что «Росатом» инвестирует развитие социально-культурных мероприятий, способствующих формированию правильной досуговой среды и продуктивному отдыху персонала во внерабочее время. Поддержка образовательных проектов, регулярно осуществляемая Корпорацией в субъектах Федерации, где располагаются АЭС, способствует популяризации атомной промышленности и привлечению внимания к науке, вовлечению новых талантливых кадров в образовательные проекты с потенциалом дальнейшего трудоустройства. Кроме выполнения обязательств в энергетической отрасли, Корпорация занимает активную позицию в области социально-экономического развития регионов, способствуя реализации социальных программ. Реализовать данные мероприятия Госкорпорации «Росатом» удается путем применения полномочий по развитию и безопасному функционированию атомной энергетики, а также контролю над организациями, функционирующими в ядерно-энергетической отрасли. Также сделан вывод о том, что в области обеспечения общественного здоровья «Росатом», как корпорация сектора атомной энергетики, способствует реализации ESG-политики. Задача Госкорпорации – обеспечить население регионов, где функционируют атомные станции холдинга, безопасной средой сосуществования, в том числе, за счет реализации экологических проектов, участия в ESG (экологическом, социальном и корпоративном управлении).

Within the framework of the article, the features and main aspects of Rosatom’s interaction with the regions in matters of socio-economic development of the state are considered, special attention is paid to ensuring public health in the territories of the presence of the Rosatom state Corporation. Some regional programs funded and supported by the state corporation are considered, the main aspects of the activities of the Public Council are considered. The state Corporation promotes the development of healthcare, educational, cultural and sports programs in the regions. It is stated that Rosatom invests in the development of socio-cultural activities that contribute to the formation of a proper leisure environment and productive rest of staff during off-hours. The support of educational projects regularly carried out by the Corporation in the constituent entities of the Federation where nuclear power plants are located contributes to the popularization of the nuclear industry and attracting attention to science, involving new talented personnel in educational projects with the potential for further employment. In addition to fulfilling its obligations in the energy sector, the Corporation takes an active position in the field of socio-economic development of the regions, contributing to the implementation of social programs. Rosatom manages to implement these measures by applying the authority for the development and safe operation of nuclear energy, as well as control over organizations operating in the nuclear energy industry. It is also concluded that in the field of public health, Rosatom, as a corporation in the nuclear energy sector, contributes to the implementation of ESG policy. The task of the State Corporation is to provide the population of the regions where the holding’s nuclear power plants operate with a safe environment for coexistence, including through the implementation of environmental projects, participation in ESG (environmental, social and corporate governance).
