В статье рассмотрено понятие общественного здоровья и выделены наиболее важные аспекты общественного здоровья, раскрывающие суть данного термина, проведено сравнение между охраной и укреплением общественного здоровья в РФ и других государствах, таких как Китай и Великобритания. В 2020 году в Конституции РФ появилась норма об укреплении общественного здоровья, был издан Указ Президента РФ «О национальных целях развития Российской Федерации на период до 2030 года», определяющий в качестве одной из целей укрепление общественного здоровья, для достижения поставленных этим указом целей в рамках укрепления общественного здоровья создаются как национальные, так и региональные проекты, направленные на укрепление общественного здоровья, улучшения уровня жизни населения путем обеспечения благоприятных условий для увеличения продолжительности жизни, ведения здорового образа жизни, укрепления и развития духовно-нравственных и культурных ценностей граждан. В статье приведены и проанализированы наиболее яркие и важные положения этих правовых актов, регулирующих укрепление общественного здоровья как на федеральном уровне, так и в субъектах РФ, приведены положения национальных проектов РФ, а также названы и проанализированы меры по укреплению общественного здоровья, проводимые государственными органами как на федеральном уровне, путем создания и претворения в жизнь федеральных проектов, так и на уровне субъектов РФ, где принимаются и реализуются региональные проекты и государственные программы субъектов РФ. Сделан вывод об успешности проводимых мер по укреплению общественного здоровья.

The article examines the concept of public health and highlights the most important aspects of public health that reveal the essence of this term, a comparison is made between the protection and strengthening of public health in the Russian Federation and other countries such as China and the United Kingdom. In 2020, a norm on strengthening public health appeared in the Constitution of the Russian Federation, a Decree of the President of the Russian Federation “On national development Goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030” was issued, defining strengthening of public health as one of the goals, in order to achieve the goals set by this decree, both national and regional ones are created within the framework of strengthening public health projects aimed at strengthening public health, improving the standard of living of the population by providing favorable conditions for increasing life expectancy, leading a healthy lifestyle, strengthening and developing the spiritual, moral and cultural values of citizens. The article also provides an analysis the most striking and important provisions of these legal acts regulating the promotion of public health both at the federal level and in the subjects of the Russian Federation are analyzed, the provisions of national projects of the Russian Federation are given, as well as measures to strengthen public health carried out by state bodies both at the federal level, through the creation and implementation of federal projects, and and at the level of the subjects of the Russian Federation, where regional projects and state programs of the subjects of the Russian Federation are adopted and implemented. The conclusion is made about the success of the measures taken to strengthen public health.
