Адвокат, обладающий информацией, которая является конфиденциальной государственной информацией или конфиденциальной коммерческой информацией об организации или физическом лице, полученной адвокатом в то время, когда он был государственным служащим либо сотрудником данной организации, не должен представлять интересы клиента, находящиеся или могущие привести к конфликту интересов с той организацией или с тем лицом, в отношении которых адвокат обладает конфиденциальной информацией, полученной в силу названных причин.

The lawyer possessing information which is confidential state information or confidential commercial information on the organization or the natural person received by the lawyer when he was the public servant or the employee of this organization, shouldn’t represent the interests of the client which are or able to lead to the conflict of interests to that organization or to that person concerning which the lawyer possesses the confidential information received owing to the called reasons.
