В статье рассматривается проблема системных противоречий между Каирской декларацией прав человека и универсальными международно-правовыми стандартами. Исследуются проблемы имплементации данного документа в контексте геополитического соперничества, фрагментации международного права и кризиса правозащитных институтов Организации объединенных наций (далее по тексту – ООН).

The article examines the problem of systemic contradictions between the Cairo Declaration of Human Rights and universal international legal standards. The article examines the problems of the implementation of this document in the context of geopolitical rivalry, fragmentation of international law and the crisis of the United Nations human rights institutions (hereinafter referred to as the UN).
